Mack Saw is a family-owned business. For over 60 years Mack Saw has stood the test of changing times. They were carbide tipped saw blade manufacturer, making custom blades in sizes from 4" to 40", including their patented "Big Mack" combination blade. With the influx of mass produced blades from China, the company expanded their focus to include sharpening services.    In 1992 Ken Sr retired and Ken Jr took over, crafting his skills as an expert in all types of blades. His goal was always to help customers save money by extending the life of their blades. He began retipping Carbide tipped blades, giving the customer a “like new” quality blade for a fraction of the costs.

In the late 1990's Ken became a distributor for Popular Tool, who make quality carbide tipped saw blades.  They use the best tool grade steel.  All manufacturing processes from Laser cutting, tempering, tensioning to tip grinding, are performed by dedicated experience technicians in their modern facilities, making only circular saws.

Kenny III now runs and operates the business. Continuing his father and grandfather’s goal of helping our customers save money on new, sharpening and retipping blades.
